Congratulations on your selection to represent Australia at the World Eightball Pool Championships in Ireland!

To assist the AEBF and IEPF with planning your tour to Ireland, this form will be used to collect the details required.

Before you start

Please ensure you have signed and returned your player selection letter prior to continuing.

There are some items that you will require prior to submitting this form. Please gather these and then come back and start your form submission.

When representing Australia, each member of the travelling party is expected to abide by the code of conduct and various other rules and policies. These include (but not limited to):

Please note that the details provided below should be consistent with entries already submitted to the AEBF by your state or territory, and information provided in this form will not be taken as a late entry into an event.

The options displayed below are dependent on what division you selected as representing above. If there is more than one option, you may select a maximum of two.

The display of options does not check your age. If you are over 50 but not over 60, please ignore the Over 60 option.

If you selected Ladies in your division above, then you will be entered in the Ladies masters. All others will be entered into Men’s masters.

You will be entered in the Doubles for the same division as you selected above. Please ensure your partner is in the same division.

NOTE: Group transport will only be arranged if minimum numbers of 10 from Australian Squad arrive within 2 hrs of eachother at the same airport.

Otherwise transport from airport to venue to be arranged by player. AEBF will advise if group transport is available once all forms have been submitted.

The accommodation is at Labranda Les Dunes Dór Hotel.

NOTE: All players participating in any event at the championships MUST stay at the nominated hotel. Any player staying at other accommodation will be denied entry into any events at world championships, including the Masters Tournaments.
